Energetic Maintenance 101

Tired of feeling fuzzy & skuzzy? Can't get that one bad interaction out of your head? Negative self-talk pulling you down? Need some tips on how to brush things off and ground?

We know how to care for our bodies, but do you know how to take care of your personal energies? What do you do when you feel off and drained? In this class we will cover theory, technique & skills each attendee can utilize to keep their vibe high & clear. 

This workshop will cover:
- Basic theory of personal energetic maintenance and hygiene
- A handful of basic skills including cleansing, grounding, and cord cutting
- How to perform regular energetic maintenance on your self and your space

This workshop includes a take home kit with a handcrafted spray, herbal bath sachet, and a few other goodies.
